If you use a Central Station we partner with, we allow you to click a button on our CRM, and the following occurs: All data Entry including Customer Name, Address, Phone Number, Emergency Contacts, Panel Type, Monitoring Type, CSID, Entire Zone List, etc, will instantly be replicated into the Central Station's database for the specified CSID, and the Account will be placed into Active Status. This will only take about 2-3 seconds to complete.
If you do not have a Partner Central Station, we still have an alternative for you. When you click the button to activate an account, the portal will collect all information needed to activate an account, place it on a nice clean PDF template and email it to your Central Station's Data Entry Department requesting that they activate the new account using the attached info. We do all we can to save you time and effort.
