Pretty much all CRM solutions that are tailored to the Security industry are integrated with alarm.com. It is no large accomplishment above the rest to have integrated with alarm.com. The difference between us and other CRMs is how we integrated with them and how we are setup. Our system does not have customer names for panels or monitoring types, but the plan and panel names themselves are used, so the process is much quicker. You do the data entry then click a button and it is done.
Furthermore we have integrated with other pieces of the alarm.com API that are unique to other CRMs. Aside from also having the ability to terminate radios, swap radios, and verify signal strength, we also give Dealers the ability to use alarm.com to populate the zone list into the Portal from the control panel.
