After entering all your data entry into the portal, we now have all the info needed to create a customer billing subscription. You tell the system to bill a certain amount monthly, click a button, and then the money will automatically be pulled from ther customer's account and placed into your account each month on the specified date.
Some CRM Solutions show only a transaction history of what your Merchant Service returned to the system. This is problematic because the card may authorize and give a successful message, but in reality the payment may not have gone through. Our system returns the actual data from the Merchant Service, so you know you are getting correct info when you query Billing History.
