After entering all customer info into the Portal, we now have everything needed to create a billing subscription for you. It doesn't make a lot of sense to go enter all the same info into your merchant account again to bill the customer does it? With One Stop Portal all you have to do is click a button and the data saved in our system will be instantly sent over to NMI to create a monthly subscription. Now your money comes out of your customer's account and into yours every month.
You can also process 1 time charges for custoemrs using the portal as well. The biggest difference between our portal and other Security CRMs in this department is the way we query results. Some CRMs will place an internal success note if the charge authorized as Okay. This is misleading because sometimes it authorizes but does not actually work. Our system queries the actual results on the fly so you know you are getting correct responses when you look up payment history for a customer using One Stop Portal.
